Add TapeScout to this project. GET /v1/check?address=… returns the same object. Errors are never charged. RED and NO EXIT mean do not trade. UNKNOWN never means zero risk.

Pay per check. No key, no account.

Agents pay $0.02 for the verdict or $0.05 for the full card, in USDC on Tempo over HTTP 402 (MPP). Your agent calls one URL, gets the price, pays, retries and gets the card with a receipt. Nothing is charged unless the check finishes.
